Before You Arrive
Everything you need to know to prepare for a smooth, successful testing experience.
To help ensure a smooth testing experience, please review the following information before your scheduled appointment.
Arrival Time
Please arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in and identity verification.
Late arrivals may not be permitted to test based on the policies of your testing sponsor.
Identification Requirements
Candidates must present valid, unexpired identification on the day of their exam.
Primary Identification (Required)
Please bring one of the following government-issued photo IDs:
- Driver’s License
- State Identification Card
- Passport
Secondary Identification (When Required)
Some exam sponsors require a second form of identification. Acceptable secondary IDs include:
- Social Security Card
- Credit or Debit Card (the name on the card must match the name used when registering for your exam)
Please Note
Candidates taking GED, Microsoft, and ServiceNow exams are only required to present one form of identification, unless otherwise instructed by the testing sponsor.
Digital identification displayed on a mobile phone is not accepted.
Personal Belongings
For the security of all candidates, the following policies are in effect inside the testing room:
Cell Phones
Cell phones must be powered off before entering the testing room.
Electronic Devices
Smart watches and other electronic devices are not permitted.
Personal Belongings
Personal belongings must be stored in the designated area before testing.
Food & Study Materials
Food, beverages, bags, study materials, and unauthorized items are not allowed in the testing room.

Please remember to complete the following steps before heading to your appointment:

Confirm your testing appointment date and time before leaving home.

Bring Your ID
Bring the required identification as outlined in the identification requirements above.

Review any additional instructions provided by your testing sponsor before your visit.

Arrive early to complete the check-in process and ensure a stress-free start to your exam.
